NHS Extended Access (9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and 6.30pm to 8.00pm weekdays) will be provided by Primary Care Networks (PCNs). 
Patients may be offered a face-to-face extended access appointment at one of our extended access Hubs.

Colne Valley Group Practice will also continue to offer extended access appointments (via telephone or face-to-face) on:
Wednesday at The Globe from 7.00am – 8.00am
Thursday at Marsden Health Centre from 7.00am – 8.00am
Friday evening at The Globe from 6.30pm – 8.00 pm
Late evening phone calls on various days in the week from 6.30pm – 8.30pm
